The Halal Guys opening first restaurant in Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - The Halal Guys are expanding and have announced their first restaurant in Charlotte.

They will be opening with a weekend celebration on Saturday, Nov. 2 and are located at 3216 South Blvd. #102

The first 100 guests who attend opening day will receive a free platter, while the first 150 guests on Sunday, Nov. 3 will receive 25% off their order.

Throughout the weekend, guests who make a purchase and download The Halal Guys app will have the chance to win exclusive merch and prizes, including a 4K Smart Tizen TV and a Play Station 5.

“Charlotte is a vibrant and growing city, and The Halal Guys is honored to expand to another state and join this community,” said Margaret Carrera, Chief Development Officer at The Halal Guys. “We look forward to bringing our delicious American Halal cuisine to the city of Charlotte and welcoming new fans to our restaurant.”

The Charlotte location is complete with The Halal Guys special design concept which tells the story of the brand, rooted in the streets and taxi drivers of New York City.

The design features will transport guests to New York City with signature elements including subway tiles, manhole covers and polished concrete floors that create an urban concrete jungle feel.
