Cool, dry weather in forecast for start of the new week

Friday will start off chilly, with temperatures in the mid-30s before warming up into the 60s during the afternoon.

After starting in the 20s on Thursday, temperatures will warm into the 50s during the afternoon.

On the Blue Ridge Parkway, you could see some in the shaded places blocking the sun.
