Bojangles partnering with Appalachian Mountain Brewery to make Hard Sweet Tea

The state said boat owners can contest their case.

Officers with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department say they were called out to the 500 block of West Third Street around 1:30 a.m.

Officers said they were called just after 2 a.m. to Arnold Drive, near Eastway Drive, for reports of an assault with a deadly weapon.
