LIVE: Today a man accused of opening fire in a local school will face a judge. Thirty-four year-old Delmond Cunningham is accused of shooting at a mother and her daughter in the parking lot of Villa Heights Elementary School in North Charlotte. WBTV's Caroline Hicks reports at 5 a.m., about the domestic violence protection requests involving the suspect.
