Cleanup is underway this morning following strong storms that swept through the area.  Power is out to some after a large limb split off from a tree and took down power lines.  That same limb damaged two vehicles as well.  Our Carolina Hicks will be LIVE with details on damage throughout the area.

Charlotte Mecklenburg Police are trying to determine if a shooting was justified, after an east Charlotte business owner killed a man he believed was an intruder.

A fifth person has now been arrested and charged with the murder of a Burke County man who was beaten and now presumed dead…his body is still missing.

We'll tell you about a special honor for two Gaston County family members who lost their lives in that terrible incident at a Bessemer City restaurant when a man drove his SUV through the front of the business.
