A FLASH FLOOD WATCH remains in effect in much of our area…but there's good news.  The wet weather is expected to end soon.  In the meantime, we're checking on the damage that's been left behind by the heavy rain.   Meteorologist Al Conklin is tracking the rain and more…and will have complete details in your certified most accurate forecast.

A 65-year-old northeast Charlotte bar owner punched and robbed at his own business.  Our Caroline Hicks will be LIVE with complete details.

More than 200 customers were without power after a driver crashed into a utility pole in west Charlotte.  Power has since been restored.

The man who was shot by a Charlotte Mecklenburg police officer on airport property has been released from the hospital and is now expected to be charged with assault and trespassing when he appears in court later today.

Right now, there's a search for whoever stole a firefighter's car from the Salisbury Fire Department on East Innes Street.
