HUNTERSVILLE, NC (WBTV) - Multiple fire crews battled a large fire at an abandoned house in Huntersville Saturday night.

According to the Huntersville Fire Department, the fire burned at the house in the 10335 block of Mt. Holly-Huntersville Road.

Officials said there was a heavy fire on arrival.

Residents and drivers were advised to use caution in the area and yield to responding units.

There's no word on what started the fire. There were no injuries.
