Cocktail and Wing Sauce recipe from Midwood Smokehouse

Cocktail: Tea Thyme

  • 1.5 oz Knob Creek Whiskey
  • 2 oz sweet tea
  • .5 oz honey-thyme simple
  • MOP: Whiskey, tea, and syrup over ice, pour over rocks, garnish with thyme sprig and lemon

Wing Sauce:

  • 1 c butter
  • 1 c diced onions
  • 1 c ketchup
  • 6T brown sugar
  • 6T soy sauce
  • 2T Worcestershire
  • 2T white vinegar
  • 2 t minced garlic
  • .5 t pepper
  • .5 t fresh ginger

Heat butter and saute garlic, ginger, and onions. Add the rest and bring up to simmer. Remove from heat and store in refrigeration.
