Cocktail and Wing Sauce recipe from Midwood Smokehouse

Cocktail: Tea Thyme
- 1.5 oz Knob Creek Whiskey
- 2 oz sweet tea
- .5 oz honey-thyme simple
- MOP: Whiskey, tea, and syrup over ice, pour over rocks, garnish with thyme sprig and lemon
Wing Sauce:
- 1 c butter
- 1 c diced onions
- 1 c ketchup
- 6T brown sugar
- 6T soy sauce
- 2T Worcestershire
- 2T white vinegar
- 2 t minced garlic
- .5 t pepper
- .5 t fresh ginger
Heat butter and saute garlic, ginger, and onions. Add the rest and bring up to simmer. Remove from heat and store in refrigeration.
