Shooting in west Charlotte sends one to hospital

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - One person was injured after a shooting in west Charlotte Sunday afternoon.
The shooting happened at the 900 block of Rowan Street around 5:30 p.m.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police said the shot was fired into a vehicle.
When CMPD arrived they found a male victim with a possible graze from the gunshot.
He was taken to Carolinas Medical Center to be treated for minor injuries.
