House catches fire in East Spencer

EAST SPENCER, NC (WBTV) - Firefighters responded to a report of a house fire in East Spencer early Thursday morning.
The call came into Rowan 911 at around 4:15. The caller reported seeing flames at a vacant house located at 311 E. Division Avenue.
