Near drowning reported in south Charlotte, one person taken to hospital

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Emergency crews have transported a near-drowning patient to Carolinas Medical Center with potentially life threatening injures.
The call came in around 2:30 p.m. at an apartment complex on the 1300 block of Sharon Road West.
Medic and fire crews responded to the Sharon West Apartments.
