CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - The month of February is reserved for several important holidays. But one perhaps not known to a single person is National Return Your Shopping Carts Month.
Today we went out to talk to locals about the dirty habit some folks have of leaving their carts everywhere in a parking lot except for where they're supposed to go.
