Overnight Murder In North Charlotte

The search is on for a killer right now following a murder in north Charlotte overnight.  It happened at a home in the 3000 block of Durham Lane.  Cam Man Ron Lee is at the scene right now getting more details and will have a live report.  Ron tells us the victim was a man who was shot to death...the man's name hasn't been released.

Word is just in that a man has been arrested in connection with the disappearance of a 15 year old girl from California...she hasn't been seen in two months.

A public hearing is being held on eugenics compensation today...we'll tell you where that is and what's being proposed.
