"Unusual Event" At Nuclear Plant; Whitlock New Information; Knights Open Season

We're following what's being classified as an "unusual event" at the Catawba nuclear power plant.  The plant lost offsite power overnight...it has since been restored.  The NRC is investigating.

We have new details about what led to the "mistaken" release of a convicted killer in York County.  He has since been taken back into custody.

The Charlotte teenager arrested in connection with the attempted abduction of a seven year old girl will be in court today.

It's time to "take me out to the ballpark"!  The Charlotte Knights open their season tonight...just as we're getting word about how much taxpayers would have to pay to build an uptown ballpark.

Major League Baseball also got underway last night...we'll have highlights from the first game of the season that was played in a new, $515 million stadium.

And golf's most prestigious event gets underway today...the first round of the Masters!
