Tyler Stasko released on bond

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Tyler Stasko, the driver accused in a deadly street racing accident two weeks ago, posted bond Monday and was released from jail.
Stasko faces three counts of second-degree murder for the crash which happened in Southwest Charlotte on York Road.
According to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD), Stasko may have been racing another driver. Prosecutors said he was going 100 miles per hour and driving with a suspended license.
Police say Stasko crashed into Cynthia Furr's vehicle, killing her and her daughter, McAllister. Hunter Holt, who was a passenger in Stasko's car, also died in the crash.
Holt's father called Stasko's release an "injustice" to their family and other families seeking justice.
Several supporters also appeared in court on Stasko's behalf. His attorney read excerpts from letters calling him "positive" and "uplifting."
