Police say a teenager was shot in west Charlotte Monday afternoon. Authorities have arrested a man in Winston-Salem in connection with a fatal shooting which happened in Monroe. Winston-Salem police officers arrested Rico Rodriguez Allen, 33, on Ardmore Road in Winston-Salem.
