The Mount Pleasant Police Department terminated one of its officers Friday after Charleston County dispatchers received a 911 call about the officer apparently passed on in a vehicle with an open beer can.
The governor issued a new executive order on Monday extending the order allowing for the states’s response to COVID-19 to continue which also includes the state’s “Home or Work” order which was issued in April.
