Leigh Brock: A 20-degree temperature drop today, First Alert tomorrow
Highs will be in the low- to mid-50s with partly sunny skies.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - Remember yesterday’s high in the mid-70s? It will be a few days before we get back to that.
- Highs in the 50s
- First Alert for Sunday rain
- Temps creep back up next week
Today won’t feel anything like yesterday did. Highs will be in the low- to mid-50s with partly sunny skies.

Rain chances are low today but go up considerably on Sunday. Showers will sneak in overnight and Sunday morning looks wet. I wouldn’t make too many outdoor plans for the first half of Sunday. By the afternoon, the rain should begin to taper off. It still won’t be warm though. Highs will be limited to the low 50s.

The week ahead holds very few rain chances. Temperatures will increase a few degrees every day. Monday will be in the upper 50s. Tuesday will be in the low 60s. It will be close to 70 for the second half of the week.
Make it a great weekend!
