CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - A highly anticipated restaurant in Charlotte’s NODA neighborhood is now open. Orto brings northern Italian flavors to the Queen City. Chef Paul Verica, who you may know from The Stanley, gives us the story behind his newest restaurant. Watch the video to take a look around!
