Mother And Daughter Make Dynamic Kitchen Duo

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - A local mom and daughter duo is trying to find a niche in the Charlotte food market with Magpies. They’re small baked pies that look a lot like Uncrustables. Instead of peanut butter and jelly, they have everything inside from sweet to savory. Business is going well, but it’s the motivation for starting in the first place that’s having the biggest payoff. Our Brian Stephenson got a chance to meet up with them, listen to their story.
