Police investigate three shootings into Rock Hill homes

ROCK HILL, S.C. (WBTV) - Police are investigating three separate shootings within hours apart in Rock Hill.

The shootings happened between 9:30 p.m. Monday and 5 a.m. Tuesday.

Around 9:45 p.m., on Monday, police responded to a home on Liberty Street. Officers say a gunshot was fired into a 14-year-old’s bedroom window.

On Tuesday, at around 1:40 a.m., police found that shots were fired into a home on Friedheim Road.

Officers said a person told them they heard about three to four shots. Police said three gunshots were fired and struck the outside of the home. One gunshot struck the living room window and continued into the door frame of a closet located in the kitchen.

Three hours later, officers said a home was shot into on Jefferson Avenue. Officers found two bullet holes through the front window of the home and one bullet.

Police have not said if the shootings were connected.
