New Seafood-Centric Ghost Kitchen Opens in CLT

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - We’ve talked about a “ghost kitchen” on QC Morning. It is a restaurant that doesn’t have a physical space and food is typically delivered or pick-up only.

Now we’ve learned about another operating in Charlotte.  SNAP Shellfish is billing itself as a “hidden seafood shack” featuring fresh shellfish with an emphasis on real, not imitation.
