CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - One local sushi spot has teamed up with the snack maker, Frito Lays to roll up a delicious spicy creation. It’s called the Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Roll. The ingredients include avocado, cream cheese, cucumber, spicy imitation crab, and of course, crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos. The roll is then drizzled with hot mayo and oil. YUM!
Chef Dan Yang is the Product Innovation Manager for Hissho Sushi. He joined us on QC Morning to tell us about the flamin’ hot roll and he showed us how to make one.
