Chilly night - ahead of the next warm up

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - We continue to be all over the place with temperatures these days! Today struggled in the low to mid-50s.

Tomorrow will be in the upper 50s.

The big story will be tonight though. It will be a chilly one! Lows will fall to the 20s for most of us. This is the coldest air of the season. We reached the upper 20s this morning.

After Thursday, it will start to warm back up again. Lows will start out in the mid 30s. Highs will reach the upper 60s on Friday. The dry weather will continue.

The weekend is looking good! Highs will be in the upper 60s to low 70s and rain won’t bother us.

Next week will bring a few cold fronts.

The first one will only bring a few stray showers on Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday will be cooler. Highs will be in the low 60s. The best chance for rain will arrive on Wednesday.
