CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Police have identified the victim of a fatal shooting that happened at a Wells Fargo in north Charlotte early Thursday morning.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department says officers were responding to an assault with a deadly weapon call when they located a person inside of a car with a gunshot wound. The victim, identified Friday as 36-year-old Victor Kareem Moses, was pronounced dead at the scene.

A second victim was located nearby with a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

Officers say they arrested a person of interest at the scene of the shooting and he is expected to be interviewed. Police are not searching for any additional suspects, a release stated.
