CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - The NFL schedule is out and back to back home games as well a trip to London highlights the the Carolina Panthers 25th season.

The Panthers released the schedule via Twitter in a retro video game style.

The Panthers are slated to play their Week 6 game in London against NFC South rival Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Oct. 13 at the new, $1.3 billion Tottenham Hotspur Stadium at 9:30 a.m. eastern time.

The Panthers are one of two NFL teams that have yet to play a game overseas, along with the Green Bay Packers.

The Buccaneers will be the designated home team, and that means the Panthers will still play eight games at Bank of America Stadium in 2019.

For the first time since 2005, the Panthers will start the year with back to back home games.

The Panthers will kick off the regular season at home against the defending NFC Champs, Los Angeles Rams on Sept. 8, at 1 p.m. in Bank of America Stadium.

Carolina has faced the defending NFC Champions every year since 2008, winning four of the last five matchups.

Following the season opener, Carolina will host the Buccaneers for a Thursday Night Football matchup on Sept. 12.

Back to back road games will greet the team after that back to back home stand to start 2019.

The Panthers will travel to Arizona to play the Cardinals in Week 3 and then will head to Houston to take on the Texans in Week 4.

In the month of October, the Panthers will have only one home game. That game will be October 6th when they host Jacksonville and their new QB Nick Foles.

Following the team’s trip to London, the Panthers will have a bye week before traveling to San Francisco for a matchup with the 49ers.

Carolina will return to Bank of America Stadium for a Week 9 matchup against Tennessee on Nov. 3. The Panthers will travel to Green Bay to play the Packers in Week 10.

Carolina faces back-to-back games against NFC South rivals in Weeks 11 and 12, with a home game against the Falcons followed by a road game at New Orleans.

The Panthers start the month of December at home against Washington followed by a road game at Atlanta in Week 14. Carolina’s three-game stretch to close out the regular season begins with Seattle on Dec. 15, followed by a road game at Indianapolis before the season finale at home against New Orleans on Dec. 29.

A very tough finish as the Seahawks, Colts, and Saints all made the playoffs last season.

The Panthers do not have a Sunday Night or Monday Night game this season.

The team also finalized times and dates on their preseason schedule.

On August 8th, the team will be at Chicago. Kickoff is at 8 P.M.

On August 16th, the Panthers will host the Buffalo Bills at 7.

August 22nd, the Panthers will be at the defending Super Bowl Champs-- the New England Patriots. Kickoff is at 7:30.

The final tune up before the regular season starts will be August 29th as they host Pittsburgh at 7.
