No injuries reported after massive fire breaks out on Lake Wylie

LAKE WYLIE, SC (WBTV) - No injuries were reported after a fire broke out on Lake Wylie Wednesday night.

According to fire officials, the incident happened at a three-story log cabin on Carroll Cove just before sunset.

The fire was controlled in about 20 minutes and everyone made it out of the home safely.

There’s no word on what caused the fire or the amount of damage that was done, although the house appeared to be severely damaged.

The fire is under investigation. No further information was released.
