CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) - Thousands of residents in need were fed at the 7th annual Harvest Feast Dinner in Charlotte Friday afternoon.

The event took place at the Charlotte Convention Center and was sponsored by Harris Teeter.

More than 400 volunteers along with Harris Teeter employees served nearly 4,500 pounds of turkey, 1,560 pounds of ham, and over a thousand pounds each of corn, green beans and mashed potatoes.
