BIG DADDY'S PIMENTO CHEESE

2 ½ pounds      Shredded sharp yellow cheddar cheese

12oz                 Cream cheese

1 ½ cups          Duke's mayonnaise

2 ¼ ounces       Worcestershire sauce

2 ½ cups          Diced pimentos

1/3 cup             Minced fresh jalapeno

1 ounce            Minced fresh garlic

1 ½ T               Black pepper

1 T                   Kosher salt

In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together until combined.  Let sit overnight for flavors to combine.
