A hotel clerk was shot and killed in North Charlotte late Monday night.  This violent shooting has lots of people looking for new ways fight crime.

Would Charlotte residents be willing to pay more to see less crime in Charlotte?

Some local leaders say more money is needed to get criminals off the street.

Would the public give the government the dollars it needs if the issue was on the ballot in November?
