8 4 oz medallions of beef tenderloin
1 T worcstershire sauce
1 T cracked black pepper
1 T butter
1 tsp chopped rosemary
Marinate beef in worcstershire& pepper. Season with salt. Heat sauté pan. Add oil. Sear beef to brown outside. 20 seconds after adding beef, add rosemary & butter. Flip & cook to desired temperature.
