Seared All Natural Black Angus Strip Steak
Artichoke, chanterelle mushroom hash
Serves 4
Steak
4 8oz all natural steaks pound to 1/3 " thick
salt and pepper
2 T olive oil
2 T butter
3 sprigs rosemary
Season steaks with salt & pepper. Sear steaks in oil for 30 seconds. Add butter & herb. Flip and cook until desired temperature. Place in the center of plates.
Hash
1 Idaho ¼" dice
1 sweet potato ¼" dice
2 cooked baby artichokes cut in 8
½ cup chopped onion
1 T chopped garlic
½ # chanterelle mushrooms cut small and cooked
2 T olive oil
2 T butter
1 tsp chopped rosemary
1 T chopped parsley
Sautee potatoes in oil (lightly season with salt & pepper) until they start to brown. Add onion. Cook until tender & caramelized. Add garlic, mushrooms and artichokes. Cook until hot. Add herbs & toss. Spoon over steaks. Serve and Enjoy!!!!!
