Fresh Blueberry Cobbler
8 Tbsp butter, melted
1-1/2 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup self-rising flour
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 cup milk or half & half
Pour the melted butter into the bottom of a baking pan and top with blueberries. Combine the flour and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Stir in milk or half & half just until mix is combined and sugar is dissolved. Pour batter over blueberries and butter, but do not stir. Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot, warm or cold with ice cream, whipped cream or as is.
