Sonoma Modern American Europes Best Molasses Glazed Grilled Pineapple For your Christmas Ham
5 6" skewers 5 pieces of Europes Best pineapple per skewer 1 T black pepper crushed 3 T oil 3 T molasses 1 poblano chili roasted and julienne Skewer pineapple pieces. Marinate with cracked black pepper, molasses and ½ the poblano. Drizzle with vegetable oil. Grill on hot grill moving once per side to caramelize. Turn and cook till done but firm. Be sure to brush pineapple with marinade as it cooks. Remove pineapple from skewers and spread over Christmas Ham. Drizzle with marinade and remaining poblano. Serve and Enjoy!!!!!
