Ingredients Measure
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1- 16 oz bottle
Fresh Garlic-whole & peeled 1 lb garlic cloves
Rosemary 1 oz of dry rosemary
Thyme 1 oz of dry thyme
Basil 2 oz of dry basil
Salt & Pepper 8 oz of salt & 4 oz of white pepper
PREPARATION:
1. Combine oil and garlic in a large sauce pot.
2. Simmer on high burner until garlic starts to brown.
3. Let mixture cool to 65 degrees, then add remaining ingredients.
4. Use a blender to puree.
5. Use 1/2 tablespoon marinade per 8 - 10 oz. chicken breast. Marinade up to 6 hours.
6. Use 1/2 tablespoon marinade per 8 oz. salmon filet. Marinade up to 6 hours.
7.Cover and refrigerate until ready to grill.
