Police trying to find family of man hit by truck, seriously injured in Salisbury

SALISBURY, NC (WBTV) - Police in Salisbury are trying to find any family members of a man who was struck by a truck on Jake Alexander Boulevard Tuesday morning.

Investigators say 35-year-old Lester Carlos was walking on Jake Alexander near Woodleaf Ln when he was hit by a Dodge Dakota pickup truck at around 5 am.

Officials say he is at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in critical condition and police have not been able to locate his family.
