A man who is allegedly responsible for multiple car break-ins in Iredell County was identified Wednesday.

According to the Mooresville Police Department, officials have identified 21-year-old Joshua Dewone Wilson as the man involved in the attempted car break-ins in the Mooresville during the early morning hours of Thursday, June 21.

Several tips from the public assisted detectives with the identification.

Wilson was issued warrants for six counts of attempted breaking or entering a vehicle and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Also, Wilson has two outstanding orders for arrest for probation violations.
