The women’s basketball team at Appalachian State is teaming up with the Watauga High School basketball teams for a special one-night clinic Tuesday evening from 6-7:30 p.m. at Watauga High School.
It’s designed for kids ages 7-13 to work on their skills and learn about the game. It’s a charitable event to support Elayne Bishop, a mother of three and a teacher at Watauga High School who’s currently fighting breast cancer.
A donation of $10 is suggested to help the Bishop family.
