TEGA CAY, SC (WBTV) - The name of a three-year-old boy who was reported missing and later in the waters of Lake Wylie as released by the coroner Monday afternoon.
According to police in Tega Cay, officers were called to Marquesas Avenue Friday evening to the report of a missing child. While they were responding to the call, officers say the young boy was found in the waters of Lake Wylie.
An officer gave the young boy CPR, but was not able to revive him. He was pronounced dead at the hospital after being transported by EMS.
Monday, he was identified as Rino Busutti by the York County Coroner. The coroner says autopsy and toxicology results are pending.
Officers ruled the drowning an accident and called it "just a tragic accident."

In a seperate incident, the body of a 62-year-old man was recovered from Lake Wylie Sunday morning after he either jumped into the lake or fell in around 2 a.m.
