Hello everyone.  This is Paul Cameron at my desk in the WBTV Newsroom, getting ready for our 11:00 broadcast.

Tonight, confirmation from ALE agents that the Wild Wings restaurant in south west Charlotte served a man 17 shots of alcohol in a 4 hour span.  That man then crashed his car and was killed.  Tomorrow, restaurant has a hearing in Raleigh to decide its alcohol license.

In Bessemer City, a well-meaning neighbor spends time picking up discarded syringes and pill bottles from drug users.  He tells us the drug problem in his neighborhood is out of control.

A woman took her wedding ring into the Kay Jewelers in Hickory for repair, but when she went to pick it up, she was told it was missing.  For almost a week, she was in limbo without a resolution—until today when we called the corporate office.  Reporter Amanda Foster has the story of what happens next.

After white powder was found in an envelope sent to Donald Trump, Jr.’s wife, Vanessa, someone sent the same to former President Barrack Obama’s office in Washington.  In both cases, the powder was harmless.

While Charlotte product Steph Curry talks about possibly becoming an owner of the Carolina Panthers, the NBA star has put his house up for sale in Waxhaw.  His asking price-- a cool $1.55 Million for 7600 square feet.
