Couple wanted for assault and purse snatching in Marshall's parking lot now in jail

SALISBURY, NC (WBTV) - Two people who were wanted in connection with an incident in the parking lot of Marshall's in Salisbury on Christmas Eve are now in jail.

According to the report, the 37-year-old victim told police she was in the parking lot on Sunday afternoon just after 4:00 pm when two people approached her, assaulted her and took her purse.

Shiloh Teagan Ferguson, 21, was charged with common law robbery.  Bond is set at $2500.

Travis Luis Castillo, 26, was charged with common law robbery and larceny by servants.  Bond was set at $40,000.
