Two break-in suspects arrested in south Charlotte, one suffers dog bite

CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) -

A man and woman have been arrested in connection with three residential break-ins. 

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police arrested Amanda Craig, 29, and Joseph Meadows, 38, after responding to a call at the 9200 block of Hampton Oaks Road. Craig was arrested on the scene. 

Meadows ran but CMPD K-9 Team caught him, according to police. Meadows was sent to Presbyterian Hospital in Matthews after one of the dogs bit him. 

Police charged them for two other break-ins at the 7100 block of Essington Drive and the 6500 block of Patchwork Circle. 

Craig and Meadows face charges of felony breaking and entering, felony Larceny, and felony Conspiracy.
