HUNTERSVILLE, NC (WBTV) - We should start off by saying this wasn't a test officially sanctioned by anybody, except me. I call it the "Teacher Olympics."
At Torrence Creek Elementary School in Huntersville, kindergarten teachers Ms. Alvarez and Ms. Butler are preparing to welcome a brand new batch of 5-year-olds - and that means they need to be extra prepared.
So with the Dry Erase Race, the Pencil Sharpen, the Paper Pass, and the Glue Gone, we tested their speed, agility and endurance.
And with an adult reporter who can sometimes act like a 5-year-old, we also tested their patience.
