CORNELIUS, NC (WBTV) - Cornelius police officers arrested three men after responding to a call reporting "three suspicious individuals."

The suspects were found with a vehicle that had stolen property inside of it after being dispatched at around 2:21am early Friday morning, police say.

Luis Romero Calderon, 19, Robert Malik Commodore, 20, and Quaron Kendell Potts, 22, were arrested by Cornelius police.

They each face one count of felony conspiracy, one count of felony breaking and entering motor vehicle, one count of misdemeanor possession stolen goods or property, and one count of misdemeanor larceny.

Calderon and Potts also face one charge of misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Cornelius police say they recovered what they believe is stolen property, but are unsure who the owners are. They ask that if your car was broken into and you may be missing property, contact the Cornelius Police Department at 704-892-7773.
