NORTH CAROLINA (WBTV) - A missing teen believed to be with a fugitive may be traveling through North and South Carolina.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children say 15-year-old Madison Copley was last seen at her home in Hubbard, OH on Aug. 12.

Madison is believed to be with 21-year-old Malik Williams, who is wanted by police in Ohio for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and interference with custody.

The pair is believed to be traveling in a silver 2010 Infiniti QX56 SUV with Ohio license plate EZM6887.

"They may travel to areas throughout North Carolina and South Carolina," NCMEC says.

Madison is described as being around 5'0" and 90 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Officials say she may be in need of medical attention.

Williams is described as being around 6'0" and 156 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678 or the Hubbard Police Department at 1-866-492-6833.

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for the capture of Williams, who they refer to as a fugitive.
