MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTV) - Gabriel Revis's first beach trip! Unplanned and spontaneous.
"This is something I was told I would never see," said mom April. "He didn't like the sand at first, but then he LOVED it. I decided we'd been in-and-out of the hospital too much lately and woke up Friday and just decided we needed to get away."
"WE" meaning April and two of his nurses. They didn't get paid for the trip - that's how much Gabe is loved.
"He is doing so many new things and trying so hard. I am so proud of him. I had to share," April said.
"Knowing how you feel about the beach and your #MollysKids, I wanted you to see this picture combining both into one."
