Two teens accused of breaking into several vehicles in Burke County

BURKE COUNTY, NC (WBTV) -

Two 16-year-olds in Burke County are facing charges for breaking into multiple cars. 

Kevin Blaine Jenkins and Cody Dean Limbo were each charged with six counts of breaking and entering, attempted breaking and entering into a building, larceny of a firearm, possession of stolen firearm, misdemeanor larceny and two counts of possessing stolen goods. 

According to the Burke County Sheriff's Office, Jenkins and Limbo were reportedly breaking into a vehicle on Highway 70 and Rhodhiss Road Wednesday afternoon around 1 p.m. 

Deputies say Jenkins and Limbo were then linked to other break-ins that occurred earlier this week. 

Both were taken to the Burke-Catawba District Confinement Facility under $50,000 bond.
