Three charged in Go Burrito altercation

SALISBURY, NC (WBTV) -

Three people have been charged in the videotaped fight that happened at Go Burrito early on Sunday morning, according to police.

Danielle Papin Cole, 31, of the 500 block of Harbor Road, Norwood; John Robert Cole, 32, also of the 500 block of Harbor Road; and Justin Dewitt Cole, 28, of the 32200 block of Valley Drive, Albemarle, with misdemeanor affray or fighting.

The video that has been shared thousands of times on social media is now part of a criminal investigation.

The video appears to show several people fighting on the patio of the Go Burrito restaurant on West Fisher Street on Sunday morning.

PREVIOUS: Warrants issued for videotaped fight at Salisbury restaurant

All three turned themselves in just before 6 p.m. Monday and were taken to the Rowan County Magistrate’s Office.

The three were given a written promise to appear in court September 14.
