GASTON COUNTY, NC (WBTV) -

A Belmont woman is looking for the Good Samaritan who helped her when she fainted while inside a Circle K store in Belmont.

Lakisha McNair posted on Facebook seeking the stranger who moved her car to safety and secured all her belongings when she fainted inside the store.

McNair posted:

This may be a long shot, but I'll post anyway! Last May 2016 I went into the Circle K gas station on Belmont Mt. Holly road. I didn't feel so well. I walked up to the register and fainted. EMS was called but there was a lady in the store that I briefly remember upon waking up.

I had my keys and cash to pay for my gas in my hand and my purse was on my arm. She moved my car from the pump to the front of the store, put my money in my wallet, and my keys in my purse. She also made sure the EMS workers took my purse with me. I would love to reconnect with her and do something special for her. My husband and I are so thankful for her and what she did that day!

McNair says in her post that the woman was Caucasian and in her 40s or 50s with medium-length brown hair. She shared a photo with her post with the hopes the kind stranger might recognize her.
