A fire damaged a commercial building in Concord on Wednesday night.
On Wednesday night just after 7:00 pm, the Concord Fire Department responded to a reported commercial structure fire located at 250 McGill Ave.
Fire crews arrived on scene within two minutes of being dispatched and found smoke and fire visible from the building.
The incident was brought under control and the fire was extinguished within 17 minutes.
A total of 4 engines, 2 ladders, and 2 Battalion Chiefs responded with a total of 24 firefighters.
At the time of the fire, the building was unoccupied.
The Concord Fire Department was assisted by Concord Police, and Cabarrus County EMS.
The cause of the fire is under investigation at this time.
